    What to Expect::

    Yoga therapist, nina be, (E-RYT-500, MA.  M.ED.)  instructs placing props such as bolsters, blocks, sandbags, eye bags and blankets to assist each unique body into a deep and restful state. Each student will understand how to strategically arrange props, sequence a restorative practice and select particular yoga nidra scripts to promote optimum renewal and relaxation, in regards to specific themes and areas in the human being.  MBCY Restorative postures  will help ::
