    What to Expect::

    Yoga therapist, nina be, (E-RYT-500, MA.  M.ED.)  instructs placing props such as bolsters, blocks, sandbags, eye bags and blankets to assist each unique body into a deep and restful state. Each student will understand how to strategically arrange props, sequence a restorative practice and select particular yoga nidra scripts to promote optimum renewal and relaxation, in regards to specific themes and areas in the human being.  MBCY Restorative postures  will help ::

    Syllabus::

    • Breakdown detailed aspects of the anatomy in order to relax and enjoy thriving in life
    • Practice specific Yoga Nidra teachings that support the 5 types of awareness in a human being
    • Learn MindBody yoga techniques for present moment awareness & grace
    • Explore Guided Meditation scripts of positive, proactive possibility as supportive language 
    • Unlock the fundamental human ethics of the Yamas and Niyamas as a way to soften into relaxation
    • Receive guidance to create a personalized practice of MBCY techniques
