BEFORE APPLYING

  • Attend at least 2 classes with Nina Be (unless you are joining from out-of-town)
  • Have a regular daily Yoga practice for at least 1 year
  • Prepare a 500 word essay describing your previous yoga experience, observations about three conditions within yourself that have shifted because of your yoga practice, and how you would like to serve others through yoga.
