What to Expect::
Yoga therapist, Nina Be (MA. M.ED. E-RYT500) will guide discussions and practices that support & balance in the whole organism with a natural approach to Yin Yoga. Members of this training weekend will get to examine the value of embodied asana, meridian study, chakra exploration, self massage, energy work, deep listening, present moment loving kindness and mindfulness.
You will understand leading Yin Yoga practices for more spaciousness, calm and deep understanding of the whole body.
Understanding the meridians lines of the body
Exploring organ consciousness and its resources for contentment and thriving
Simple shen and shiatsu practices to liberate the mindbody
Researching fascia and its role in limited movement, breath and stretching.
Understanding how to create a balanced, ‘yin/yang’ yoga practice.
Examining the wide range of experiences of freeing connective tissue in different regions of the body.
Create specific series of postures that target specific physical, mental, emotional and elemental conditions in the body and mind.
Facilitating more capacity for athletes and specific abilities with Yin Yoga.
