You will receive MBCY daily practice grids to track, along with researched effective home practices to support your growth.

Those who sign up for the entire 57 day challenge will receive weekly journaling assignments from nina be’s personal practice, along with a mini-manual designed just for this experience!

January 5 - 6, 2019 :: lower body, focus on integrating and grounding

We will be working on forward bends & mindfulness (the skeletal muscular body) and using the wisdom of Chakras 1 & 2. Techniques you will learn will be around how to show up for yourself and staying positive.

We will be working on back bends and the heart & lungs (Digestion & Pranayama) and using the wisdom of Chakras 3 & 4. Techniques you will learn will be around navigating relationships and commitments.
