During this journey, we will explore various secret mystical practices for manifesting good. We will orient ourselves into the subtle body with integrating and grounding embodiment through MindBody Centering Yoga physical postures, energizing & calming breathing techniques to clear the mind/body. Guided Yoga Nidra and Nada Yoga (crystal singing bowls & mantra) will support entering the ‘Creation Space’. By accessing the Creation Space as part of our pure being, clarity arrives so that we can understand what it is that is most needed to be focused upon. This is a powerful part of being human and plenty of time and space is recommended in order to enjoy full benefits.
We will explore::
• Hatha Raja Yoga practices for clear psychic development & manifestation • Simple purifying energy medicine techniques for everyday • Tapping (EFT) to re-pattern blocked and negative energy • Guided practices using the 4 directions from indigenous tradition • Shen balancing using the 5 elements as support for the whole body • Embodied guided meditations resourcing innate biological support • Tantric meditations for purification • Creating an altar for Self-care and connection

Saturdays @ 9-10:30AM :: MBCY Flow + Fly
A vigorous strength class to boost your weekend with full energy.
We pull from MBCY’s Level 2 techniques that blends the rigors of Ashtanga and Dharma Yoga with the common sense approaches to deep core strengthening and respect for the body’s vulnerability.
MBCY is guided from the principles of embodied developmental movement so that results are long-lasting. Invest in your physical, mental and emotional well being with this challenging and creative community practice.
Yoga therapist, nina be (yoga therapist (c-iayt) e-ryt500) guides this 3 part practice to open the Bodymind, through the principles of Sthira (steadiness) and Sukha (ease).
Section l of the class begins with centering, embodiment practices from developmental anatomy, supported by the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Section ll elaborates upon 12 essential MBCY yoga postures (Savasana, Bakasana, Tadasana, Uttanasana, Ashva Sanchalanasana, Phalakasana, Adho Mukha Svasana, Sirsasana, Salamba Sarvangasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana, Eka Pada Kapotasana & Matsyendrasana.) This work harnesses the ancient techniques of hatha/raja yoga, to facilitate optimal strength, balance and focus. Students are invited to participate at their own level of need.
Section lll is an invitation to find a comfortable way of being quiet in the bodymind supported by MBCY Yoga Nidra with singing bowls. Sometimes called a ‘sound bath’, these are sessions of soothing vibrations from sacred metal and crystal singing bowls, to soften and open stuck energy that may block ones access to healing + joy.
The culture we exist in chronically triggers our sympathetic nervous system into a state of stress. our project as 21st century beings can be to cultivate more quiet space in the physical and emotional bodies. this unique class marries trauma-sensitive mindbody centering and restorative yoga technique with the energetic channeling practiced in reiki. the intention becomes embodied rest, resonance, and release.
