Yoga Therapist Nina Be designed this course for anyone who is reluctant to begin yoga, wants to brush up on better alignment, use mindfulness as a pain-free approach to strength building, or incorporate breathing & meditation techniques to create relaxation into the practice of yoga. Through better understanding the art and science of yoga philosophy, long lasting results happen. Classes will start with a brief exploration of philosophical themes, a simple warm-up that can be used daily,then progress through thoroughly explained Asanas (yoga postures), ending with relaxation techniques & meditations that release stress.
