This practice builds on the fundamentals of MBCY I and is designed for those wishing to strengthen their capacity for YOGA  practices, through breathing, mental focus and postures. MBCY ll/lll builds on  deeper concentration and reverence for investing in the MindBody capacity for potential through balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted variations.. This practice finishes with researched methods of Yoga Nidra that create deep relaxation, to clear habits of imbalance and reset the mind/body to a more enhanced state of being!

This class is recommended for students who have a steady yoga practice; this class is not for beginners.
