Body Aware Meridian Yoga Series: Conscious Anatomy through the Meridians

Saturdays Feb 20, Apr 16, & Jun 18 from 11 am - 4:30 pm with Rose Erin Vaughan

11-12 INTRO: We will learn the basic paths of the lower body meridians and how they relate to physical anatomy - muscles, bones, organs and fascia.  We will discuss the FIVE elements of Chinese medicine, the FIVE SPIRITS that rule these elements and how that relates to western psychological and emotional components.

1:30-4:30: Introductory concepts will be synthesized into a discussion and experience of chakra anatomy. We will do some partner work including simple acupressure and palpation.  We will experience and analyze asanas related to the first and second chakras. 

Drop-in (one session): $135 (includes vegetarian lunch and herbals) 

Series (3 sessions): $375 (includes vegetarian lunches and herbals)
