MY MINDFUL LIFE WEEKEND

What if there were a practice that we could start doing right away, that would help us to become more centered, more aware, and, dare we say it, happier? Guess what? There is! Right now, we can create a mindful life for ourselves. Awakening into each present moment, realizing that the conditions for happiness are already present in each moment, especially in the 'mundanity' of our day-to-day life.
Rooted in the "Mindfulness Precepts", we will spend time together looking at ways to apply these profound teachings to our everyday life. Each weekend consists of 15 hours of study. We sit together, breathe together, prepare food together; practice deep listening, rest & relaxation, writing, and allowing ourselves to be nourished by others.
It's time to stop feeling like life is passing you by - and wake up to the miracle of being alive!
