The Dharma Gentle class is great for beginners, those recovering from injuries or desiring an alignment of the body and mind. This 75 minute class will begin with warming the body and moving into postures that promote wellness through balancing the body and increasing energy flow through all of the joints. The physical practice transitions to a guided relaxation, breathing practice, and ends with a brief meditation. Throughout there will be an invitation to connect with your spirituality. Donation based class - will be asked to complete a brief evaluation.
Tatyana is trained in Mind Body Centering Yoga and Dharma Mittra Yoga. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and meaningful for anyone, inspiring a sense of purpose to the practice. She is a local clinical psychologist and can be seen wandering in Durham taking photos of clouds.
