Foundations of Asana

Foundations of Asana is designed to help anyone experience the fundamental principles of Yoga, including breathing practices, Asana postures, anatomy, undistracted focusing, and meditation. Each class will cover a particular aspect of movement (for example forward bending), and examine the core benefits and techniques for execution in an intelligent, personalized manner. You will learn some basic sun salutations, and practices to do at home so you can deepen your understanding of how and why to practice yoga.

Open to all levels.
