What are the most intelligent subtle aspects of the body and mind?  How to use Restorative Yoga as an accessible form of yoga that balances the nervous system? What Yoga techniques release trapped muscular tension and racing thoughts that create stress?

What to Expect::

Yoga therapist, Nina Be, (E-RYT-500, MA.  M.ED.)  instructs placing props such as bolsters, blocks, sandbags, eye bags and blankets to assist each unique body into a deep and restful state. Each student will understand how to strategically arrange props, sequence a restorative practice and select particular yoga nidra scripts to promote optimum renewal and relaxation, in regards to specific themes and areas in the human being.  MBCY Restorative postures  will help ::
