In order to function at our fullest potential, everyone needs balance in regards to stress, sleep patterns and sedentary lifestyles. These MBCY movement classes will include simple, yet effective yoga practices that have helped thousands of people recover from injuries, enhance energy levels, release chronic pain, rediscover ease in everyday movement, enhance feelings of enjoyment in relationships and unwind the effects of stress. This open level class is a beneficial experience for everyone.
