These techniques create an accessible meditation practice, which can help ease the symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, depression, indigestion, stress, or ADHD. Notice the cumulative effect of dedicating just 10-20 minutes a day to slowing down & focusing on the breath.  Find peace & ease in your life. 

There are 4 meditations to choose from:

Sit :: a simple morning meditation to orient the body & mind in a positive direction, in order to promote a calm centeredness throughout your day. (10 min)

Breathe :: a brief deep relaxation that can be used whenever necessary. (10 min)

Sense :: guides energy to places that feel depleted or imbalanced. (20 min)

Sleep :: perfect for bedtime, by allowing the whole being to integrate & to let go of everything that is creating distraction away from deep peace (your natural state). (20 min)
