6:00am    golden hour walking in nature with  guided meditation

7:00am    awakening sun salutations and stretching with nina be

8:00am    nourishing breakfast with smoothie bar, oatmeal, miso soup,  organic fruits and herbal teas

9:00am    personal self care

10:30am   detoxifying self massage and yoga

noon          vitalizing lunch menu of salad bar, blended soup and fresh fruit and smoothies

4:00pm    yin yoga stretches
