Now that you have become clear about your resolutions & intentions, you can build momentum to manifest your best life!

We offer a 4-week series and the summer and 12-week series in Fall/Spring. During these weeks we will discuss and work with releasing aspects of the habits that keep us stuck.

Each week of this program we will get stronger and clearer physically, mentally & energetically with yoga, nutrition, breathing, creative writing, home practice, self care & discussion on practical tips for effective change.
We will target the stagnant qualities that block our energy and inspiration, with specific techniques that will break up our negative beliefs & self talk.

Each month is a 4 week series. You can sign up per month ($125/month), or for the entire 12 week series. 

First Month - Self Care and Strength: dis-ease to potential
Second Month - Nourishing Relationships: react or respond
Third Month - Sense of Purpose: isolation to compassion
