We will apply researched methodologies, such as embodied asana & movement, energizing & calming breathing techniques, neurological, developmental and psychosomatic sciences, deep listening presence, loving kindness & mindfulness and learn simple ways to discuss mental health using inspiration as motivation instead of illness & pathology.
