By deepening your personal practice and understandinghealing restorative teaching techniques one is able to attune to the more subtle aspects of the body and mind. Restorative Yoga is a curative form of yoga that has been researched for over 3 decades in regards to its balancing effects onthe nervous system, ability to release trapped muscular tension and racing thoughts that create stress. Instruction will be given in regards to placing props such as bolsters, blocks, sandbags, eyebags and blankets to assist the body into a deep and restful state.
